Shipping Timeline

truly.madly.in orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales. 

Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. 

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to email trulymadlyink@gmail.com for further assistance.

Returns

truly.madly.ink accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price or are personalized are final sale.

We are not responsible for returned or damaged items lost in transit.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

Lost Packages

If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package. 

truly.madly.ink is not responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost orders by third party companies.

Deposit for Services

All deposits paid upon agreement of any calligraphy/engraving/hot foiling services are non-refundable.
